The family run Derekas Studios offer 15 studios and 3 apartments to cater for your accommodation needs during your holiday here in Laganas. The studios are located in a quiet area of Laganas, 2 kilometres from the Laganas Beach, far enough away from the noisy nightlife to be especially suitable for families with children but close enough to all the amenities of the resort including the bars, clubs and restaurants for everyone to enjoy.
Zakynthos Town, the capital of the island is only 6 kilometres away and there is a bus stop and regular bus service to the town and to Laganas right in front of the Derekas complex. Alternatively the taxi rank is only a 5 minute walk down the road and taxis may be booked by phone straight from the Derekas Studios.
We offer a large swimming pool and outdoor snack bar for our guests enjoyment, surrounded by extensive gardens with free sunbeds and also a children's pool and outdoor showers. Relax and enjoy a cool drink in the undercover snack bar and keep an eye on the kids while they swim or play in the gardens which are safely fenced off from the road.
Derekas Poolside Snack Bar ~
The Snack Bar is open from 8am til very late every day during the summer months. We serve food all day including breakfasts,snacks, lunches and light meals. Children's breakfasts & meals are also available. We have a large undercover terrace/seating area for you to shade from the midday heat and are fully licensed, serving cocktails, spirits and bottled or draught beers. If swimming or sunbathing is not your scene, we have live sports coverage in English on our televisions in the pool bar and also have a darts board and pool table to keep you entertained.
