An area of stunning natural beauty, the Vassilikos peninsula is popular with people looking for a peaceful break away, with some of the best beaches in Greece and spectacular views from the clifftops. The hillside location of the Lithina Villas, overlooking the beautiful blue waters of the Ionian Sea gives the perfect opportunity for a relaxing holiday. They are around 5 kilometres from the neighbouring resort of Argassi and a 5 minute drive to the golden sandy beaches of Vassilikos. The Lithina Villas have been constructed in traditional Zakynthian style, from wood and local stone, with wooden beams running throughout each apartment, which are tastefully furnished in traditional style. There are 4 villas in the Lithina Villas complex, 3 of which are separated into 2 spacious apartments. Each of these villas has a large ground floor apartment and a 2 storey apartment above on the first floor. The remaining villa has 3 storeys and can accommodate up to 10 people. Guests at the Villa Sarandi and the Villa Victoria can make use of the shared outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing terrace. There is also a holiday studio apartment at the villas which can accommodate up to 3 people.

The Villa Sarandi, Lithina Villas, Vassilikos~

The Villa Sarandi is split into 2 separate apartments.
The ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, it has a tastefully furnished living area and fully equipped kitchen. The large balcony offers plenty of space to sit and enjoy the views along the Vassilikos coastline.

The Villa Victoria, Lithina Villas, Vassilikos~

The Villa Victoria is split into 2 separate apartments. The large ground floor apartment of the villa can accommodate up to 6 people, with a double bedroom with balcony, and a separate twin bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the spacious furnished living area, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
