LORY'S ATHLETIC CENTRE, LAGANAS

Lory's Athletic Centre is located next to the police station, behind the go-kart track in the centre of Laganas. Open from 11am to 11pm, the centre has plenty to offer for those who like to be a bit active during their summer holiday. There is a fully equipped gymnasium, including a boxing bag, with adjoining showers and changing rooms. Access to the gym is only 3.50 euros per session and protein shakes and bars are available. Lory's also has a personal trainer for circuit training and aerobics classes throughout the week. If you prefer a more relaxing pastime, the large outdoor pool with sun terrace and free sunbeds may be more to your liking. The pool bar is fully licensed and there are snacks and soft drinks available also. Inside, away from the heat, Lory's has a small indoor bar area and lounge area with television. The 3rd generation astroturf 5 a side outdoor football pitch offers all budding cup winners the chance to grab the glory and be crowned the best team in Laganas. For only 15 euros per person your team can participate Lory's knockout tournaments. A full day out with BBQ, unlimited use of the pool area and photographs displayed on Zakynthos-Now and on Lory's official web site, not forgetting the chance to win a trophy and champagne for your team mates!
