The Akropolis Restaurant was established in 1993 … Built from local stone and surrounded by beautiful gardens, away from the noise of the main Laganas resort road, customers can enjoy eating out in a quiet and relaxing setting and the owners, Angela and Spiros, along with their staff, strive to make your dining experience an enjoyable one. Boasting an extensive menu, you will find a dish to suit your particular taste. Whether you would like to try tradirional Greek cuisine or would prefer a juicy steak or a vegetarian or pasta dish, there is something for everyone. There is a children's menu available and also a children's play area in the spacious gardens. The bar area offers a comfortable space to enjoy a pre dinner drink or coffee and a liqueur after your meal, there is an extensive cocktail menu, and draught beer available if you prefer to just pop in for a pint and watch the sports on TV… The size of the restaurant and grounds allow plenty of space for catering for large numbers, being especially popular for wedding parties, where set menus may be arranged for your group on request… The restaurant was awarded a certificate for standards of excellence by the Greek National Tourism Organisation in 2006.
